The 25 affordable units are restricted to 30% of the Area Median Income (AMI) and include 1-bedroom units, 2-bedroom units, and 3-bedroom units. One unrestricted 2-bedroom unit is set aside for the onsite property manager. Amenities include gated parking with 25 parking spaces, three viewing decks with seating, an outdoor central common area with seating, a laundry room, a community room with kitchen, a bicycle room, and an outdoor put-put area, as well as a property manager's office and case management office.

Some rental units in this property may not be subject to LIHTC and therefore have higher rents and no maximum household income requirement.
