The SP7 Villa includes 81 units of new construction, including one manager’s unit, at 519 E. 7th Street and 19 rehabbed units at 647 S. San Pedro Street, a site known as San Pedro House. The permanent supportive housing community will provide homes and services to 99 formerly unhoused individuals, including veterans. SP7 Apartments features outdoor gardens, a spacious community room, laundry facilities, bike storage, and designated services space.

Since this property has received funding in part through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, a certain number of units are set aside for lower income households.
