Rosa De Castilla consist of Twenty (20) general affordable LIHTC units for households at or below 60% of the AMI and 63 supportive housing units for direct referrals provided by the VA and The Dept. of Health Services through the Coordinated Entry System (CES). The community offers studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units. This community offers parking, laundry facilities, a meditation garden, central courtyard, A computer room and a multi-purpose community room to provide ample opportunities for community activities. Multiple offices for management and supportive services staff will be located on-site.
