The Residences on Main consists of forty-nine (49) supportive housing units designated for low-income households experiencing homelessness, including twenty-five (25) apartments for Transitioned Age Youths (TAY) households ages 18-24 who are experiencing homelessness and twenty-four (24) units designated for homeless households. These units are designated as permanent supportive housing for households earning below 30% of Area Median Income (AMI) for the County of Los Angeles. Accessible units are available for households needing the features of those units.
