Casa de Rosas is a 36-unit low-income apartment community located in University Park in one of the most ethnically diverse neighborhoods in the city of Los Angeles which is within walking distance to shops, grocery stores, and public transportation. The community is central to the 10 freeway, Washington Boulevard on the northeast, Vermont Avenue on the west, the Harbor Freeway on the east, and Exposition Boulevard on the south. The community has an on-site laundry facility and a large community room for our residents’ enjoyment.
