The premium recreational amenities include an outdoor picnic area with barbecue space, fitness center with yoga room and cardio area, tech room, roof decks, a community garden and greenhouse, swimming pool and spa, putting green, movie theater and dog park complete with a dog washing station. Onsite services are provided by LifeSTEPS.
