Rotary Bridgeway is managed by MidPen Housing.
The Rotary Bridgeway Apartments are 18 transitional units for formerly homeless families. The site is adjacent to the Howard Collins Residence, an 8-unit transitional residence for homeless families, which shares site amenities with the Rotary Bridgeway Apartments. The Rotary Bridgeway Apartments were developed by Abode Services and owned by a limited partnership that includes MidPen Housing Corp. as the co-general partner. MidPen Property Management provides management for both the Rotary Bridgeway Apartments as well as the neighboring Howard Collins Residence. In addition to affordable family apartments, the site includes a landscaped courtyard, playground, community room with kitchen, computer lab, and laundry facility. Resident services are provided by Tri City Homeless Coalition.
