Eucalyptus View Cooperative is a community devised as a homeownership model for low-income families. It includes a total of 24 apartments, nine of which are reserved for qualified farmworker households. The development is assembled around a central courtyard with a shared community center.

Since this property has received funding in part through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, a certain number of units are set aside for lower income households.
