Built in 2011, Courier Place is an award-winning affordable housing community in Claremont, CA. This multigenerational community provides housing both for workforce families and active seniors. Courier Place's unique design concept allows seniors the continuous option to integrate with or enjoy quiet separateness from residents with families. Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC)

Since this property has received funding in part through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, a certain number of units are set aside for lower income households.
