The four-story residential building will feature common space that includes a community kitchen, a computer lab, and multipurpose rooms for onsite resident services. To promote healthy living and encourage interaction among residents, a central courtyard will feature outdoor barbecues, seating and recreation areas, a community garden, and a small pet park.

Since this property has received funding in part through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, a certain number of units are set aside for lower income households.
