Cassia Heights is a 56 unit family development consisting of 4 two-story garden style apartment buildings and a centrally located, single story community building. The largest structure is built over a partially subterranean parking garage. The 2.63 acre site is adjacent to a steep canyon with environmentally sensitive open space and presented significant design challenges to mitigate environmental and fire set-back requirements.

The project is centrally located along a major transportation corridor and is very close to the commercial/industrial hub of coastal North San Diego County. Amenities include a tot lot and open grass areas, a pool, and a laundry facilities.
