Surrounded on all sides by homes, this building is only a few blocks from an elementary school, two corner stores, and all the businesses on Clement Avenue. While the building has no off-street parking, there is plenty of on street parking around the house at all times. There is a shared back yard and rear stairs leading up to the second floor units. There is no elevator access in this building.
