About the Community: S.W. Bowker was a vision of Stephen Bowker; who served as Chairman on the Board of Commissioners. He wanted to develop a community to house the elderly and people with disabilities and provide a meeting room for the local community. The result of his dream is a 74-unit, 3-story apartment community nestled in a small corner of North Little Rock surrounded by rolling hills of woods.
