The West Bend Housing Authority (WBHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled households.Please note: The WBHA does not offer a Public Housing program for families.The WBHA offers one Public Housing community with 72 units for senior/disabled households.There are two ways to apply:

  1. Visit the WBHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 475 Meadowbrook Dr., West Bend, WI 53090, during normal office hours.
  2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (262) 338-0771 during normal office hours.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The WBHA does not have a preference.Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.For more information, call the WBHA at (262) 338-0771 during normal office hours.

Reasonable Accommodation
