Open: River Falls Housing Authority Public Housing

The River Falls Housing Authority (RFHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The RFHA offers one Public Housing community with 69 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size 1 to 4 bedrooms.There are three ways to apply:

Visit the RFHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 625 North Main Street, River Falls, Wisconsin 54022
Download a pre-application online here, then print and complete.
Request a pre-application be mailed to you by calling (715) 425-7640 during normal office hours.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, and photo IDs for all adult household members.No preferences were noted.For more information, visit the RFHA website, or call the office at (715) 425-7640 during normal office hours.

Reasonable Accommodation

Closed: River Falls Housing Authority Section 8 Voucher

The River Falls Housing Authority (RFHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. It was last open from June 2016 until October 2016. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

River Falls, WI is about 40 miles southeast of Minneapolis, MN.

Please note: During the last opening period, according to the RFHA, "Applications will be accepted from families with children, families or individuals living with disabilities and persons who are age 62 or older."

There were three ways to apply during the opening period:

Download and print the application online.
Call the RFHA to request an application be mailed to you.
Visit the RFHA office to pick up an application.

Once the application has been completed, it must have been:

Mailed or hand delivered to the RFHA.
Faxed to the RFHA.

Applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received.

Important note: Applicants who have been placed on the waiting list must inform the housing authority immediately if your application information changes (such as contact information, income, and household members). In the case that the office sends a notice that does not get returned, or if application information is out of date, your name may be terminated from the waiting list. Contact the housing authority to find out how to update application information.
