The Plymouth Housing Authority (PHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled households.Please note: The PHA does not offer a Public Housing program for families.The PHA offers one Public Housing community with 50 units for senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 2 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

  1. Visit the PHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 1214 Reed St, Plymouth, WI 53073, during normal office hours.
  2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (920) 893-5133 during normal office hours.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.No documents are needed at this time.The PHA does not have a preference.Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.For more information, call the PHA office at (920) 893-5133 during normal office hours.

Reasonable Accommodation

Applicants who need help completing the application due to disability can make a reasonable accommodation request to the housing authority via (920)893-5133.
