The Housing Authority of the City of New Richmond (HACNR) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.Please note: Families are welcome to apply but they must qualify for a 1 or 2 bedroom unit.The HACNR offers one Public Housing community with 40 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 2 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

  1. Visit the AHCNR to pick up a pre-application, located at 370 Odanah Ave # 370, New Richmond, WI 54017, during normal office hours.
  2. Request to have a pre-applicaiton mailed or emailed to you by calling (715) 246-2130 during normal office hours.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.No documents are needed at this time.No preferences were noted.For more information, call the HACNR office at (715) 246-2130 during normal office hours.

Reasonable Accommodation
