Please note: According to the HACM, "If you previously completed a pre-application for the Housing Choice Voucher wait list before December 15, 2021 and were not selected in the lottery, you will need to reapply for an opportunity to be chosen in future lotteries."

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

  • 1 person $29,550 | 5 persons $45,600
  • 2 persons $33,800 | 6 persons $49,000
  • 3 persons $38,000 | 7 persons $52,350
  • 4 persons $42,200 | 8 persons $55,750

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery.
