The Greenwood Housing Authority (GHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled households.Please note: The GHA does not offer a Public Housing program for families.The GHA offers one Public Housing community with 20 units for senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 2 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

  1. Visit the GHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 312 N Reese Ave., #21, Greenwood, WI 54437, during normal office hours.
  2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (715) 267-6308 during normal office hours.
Once the pre-application has been completed it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.No documents are needed at this time.The GHA does not have a preference.Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.For more information, call the GHA office at (715) 267-6308 during normal office hours.

Reasonable Accommodation

Applicants who need help completing the application due to disability can make a reasonable accommodation request to the housing authority via (715)267-6308.
