Visit the housing authority to pick up an application, located at 204 S. 13th StreetSunnyside, WA 98944, Monday-Friday between the hours of 1pm and 5pm.2. Request an application be mailed to you by calling 509-837-5454, Monday-Friday between the hours of 1pm and 5pm.Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
