The Everett Housing Authority (EHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. It was last open for four days in September, 2018, and before that for 10 days in July, 2015. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Persons Who Live, Work, or Attend School Locally in Snohomish County; Those Displaced by Government Action.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
