To apply during the opening period, call the WRHA main office at (540) 946-9230 to schedule an appointment. Applications will only be taken by appointment.

Original or certified copies of the following documentation is required: Birth certificates and Social Security Cards for all household members; and photo IDs for all adult (18+) household members.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Live in the City of Waynesboro, Employed, Disabled. There may be additional preferences.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
