Closed: Pecan Acres and Pin Oaks, Multi-Family Section 8 Project-Based Voucher

The Petersburg Redevelopment and Housing Authority (PRHA) Multi-Family Project Based Voucher waiting list for apartments at Pecan Acres and Pin Oaks is closed.

The PRHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from November 21, 2022, until December 5, 2022.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to pick up an application in person by drive through at Pecan Acres Community Center.

Once the paper application was complete, it was required to be mailed to the Pecan Acres Community Center.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
