The Hampton Redevelopment & Housing Authority (HRHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior (50+)/disabled households.Please note: Only the Langley Village senior community, and North Phoebus family community 3-5 bedroom waiting lists are open at this time.To apply, download and print a North Phoebus pre-application online here, or a Langley Village pre-application online here, then print and complete.Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed to 100 Langley Ave., Hampton, VA 23669.Be sure to include copies of birth certificates, Social Security Cards, proof of income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The HRHA has identified the following preferences: Local resident; disabled; elderly; targeted income; and special circumstances such as, disaster, fire flood, witness, protection, and domestic violence.
