The Chesterfield-Colonial Heights Department of Social Services (CCHDSS) and Virginia Housing (VH) last accepted Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications for one day only on March 23, 2023.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences: Live, work or have been hired to work in Chesterfield County or City of Colonial Heights.

100 applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
