To apply while the waitlist is open, pick up an application from the RHA office, located at 902 Locust St, Rogerville, TN 37857.

Once the paper application is completed, it must be: returned to the RHA office, address mentioned above.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
