Open Soon: The Housing & Community Redevelopment Authority of Marlboro County Public Housing

The Housing & Community Redevelopment Authority of Marlboro (HCRAMC) will accept Public Housing waiting list applications once a month from February 20, 2024, until November 19, 2024.

Please note: The Housing & Community Redevelopment Authority of Marlboro County covers the Counties of Marlboro and Dillon, SC. This housing authority is managed by the Housing Authority of Florence.

This waiting list will open on the following dates in 2024:

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the application in person at The Housing Authority of Florence at 2640 W. Palmetto ST, Florence, SC 29501. From 9:00 am, until 12:00 pm ET.

Please note: "Once your name has been selected on the Pre-Application preliminary waiting list, you will be scheduled for an appointment to complete a full application."

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
