Open Soon: Eastcrest Apartments Public Housing

The Housing Authority of Florence (HAF) will accept Public Housing waiting list applications for Eastcrest Apartments once a month from February 20, 2024, until November 19, 2024.

This waiting list will open on the following dates in 2024:

  • February 20, 2024
  • March 19, 2024
  • April 16, 2024
  • May 21, 2024
  • June 18, 2024
  • July 16, 2024
  • August 20, 2024
  • September 17, 2024
  • October 15, 2024
  • November 19, 2024

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the application in person at The Housing Authority of Florence at 2640 W. Palmetto ST, Florence, SC 29501 from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm ET.

Please note: "Once your name has been selected on the Pre-Application preliminary waiting list, you will be scheduled for an appointment to complete a full application."

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
