The Hazleton Housing Authority (HHA) Elderly/Disabled Public Housing waiting list for Studio and 1-Bedroom apartments at Vine Manor High-Rise and Hazle Twin High-Rises is currently open.

The HHA is accepting applications for this waiting list from the earliest confirmed date of August 1, 2019, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, in person applications are accepted every Wednesday; from 9:00 am until 11:30 am, and 1:00 pm and 3 pm ET; at the Hazleton Housing Authority Executive Office, located at 320 E. West Mine Street, Hazleton, PA 18201.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

Veterans

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.

The Hazleton Housing Authority (HHA) last accepted Public Housing waiting list applications for 1, 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom apartments at Vine West Family Apartments from July 21, 2022, until the earliest confirmed close date of March 22, 2024. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.
