The Housing Authority of the City of Pittston (HACP) is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The HACP offers two public housing communities with 302 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, you must visit the HACP in person to fill out an application, located at 500 Kennedy Blvd, Pittston, PA 18640, during normal office hours. No documents are needed at this time.The HACP does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: disabled, elderly, homeless, victim of domestic violence, employed, live and/or work in Pittston, substandard living conditions, or displaced by natural disaster.For more information, the HACP can be reached by calling (570) 655-3707 during normal office hours.
