Open: Columbia, Clatsop and Tillamook County, Oregon, Limited Section 8 Voucher

The Northwest Oregon Housing Authority (NOHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open on a limited basis. Applications are being accepted since at least October, 2019, until further notice.

Please note: The NOHA website states that it is only accepting applications "for elderly, disabled, and homeless households only."

To apply during the opening period, download and print the application online. Select the "Waiting List Application" link under the "Section 8" section.

Once the application has been completed, it must be:

  1. Mailed to:
    NOHA
    PO Box 1149
    Warrenton, OR 97146
  2. Faxed to (503) 861-0220.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Elderly, disabled, homeless.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.

Open: Champion Park Apartments Section 8 Project-Based Voucher

The Northwest Oregon Housing Authority (NOHA) Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Champion Park is currently open.

The NOHA is accepting applications for this waiting list from November 1, 2022, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

  1. Complete the online application.
  2. Print the paper application here.

Once the paper application is completed, it must be either:

  3. Email to applications@nwoha.org
