The Mountain View Housing Authority (MVHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.Please note: The Public Housing waiting list is very short at this time.The MVHA offers one Public Housing community with 40 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:1. Visit the MVHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 1441 Washita Ave, Mountain View, OK 73062, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (580) 347-2863, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, photo IDs for all adult household members, and proof of all income.The MVHA does not have a preference.Qualified applicants will be placed on the waiting list by the date and time the pre-application is received.For more information, call the MVHA office at (580) 347-2863, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.
