Open: Morgan Metropolitan Housing Authority Section 8 Voucher

The Morgan Metropolitan Housing Authority (MMHA) is currently accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications. This waiting list is open indefinitely.

There are two ways to apply:
1. Visit the MMHA in person to pick up an application, located at  4580 OH-376, McConnelsville, OH 43756, during normal office hours.
2. Request an application be mailed to you by calling (740) 962-4930 during normal office hours.

Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above during normal office hours. Be sure to bring these original documents with you: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.

The MMHA does have a preference for veterans, working families, disabled, or elderly.

Reasonable Accommodation

The Morgan Metropolitan Housing Authority (MMHA) is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals. The MMHA offers one public housing community with 60 units for families and senior/disabled individuals. There are two ways to apply:1. Visit the MMHA to pick up an application, located at  4580 OH-376, McConnelsville, OH 43756, during normal office hours.2.
