The McHenry and Pierce County Housing Authority (MPCHA) is accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications for McHenry and Pierce County since at least March, 2019, until further notice.

To apply while the waitlist is open, open and print the application that will be available on the MHA website.

Once the application has been completed, it must be either:

  2. Faxed to (701) 852-3043.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.

The Minot Housing Authority (MHA) is accepting Section 8 Project Based waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments at New Town, Plaza, Stanley Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of December 20, 2024, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following properties: 

  • New Town Apartments - located at 511 Eagle Dr. New town, ND.
  • Plaza Apartments - located at 402 Covell St. Plaza, ND.
  • Stanley Apartments - located at 415 7th Ave SE, Stanley, ND.

There are two ways to apply while the waitlist is open,

  1. Print the paper application
  2. Pick up an application at the MHA office, located at 108 Burdick Expressway East, #1, Minot, ND 58701.

Once the application has been completed, it must be either:

  1. Mailed to the MHA at 108 Burdick Expressway East, #1, Minot, ND 58701.
  2. Faxed to (701) 852-3043.

The Minot Housing Authority (MHA) Ward County Public Housing waiting list for 4-Bedroom apartments at Scattered Sites is closed

The MHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from February 17, 2022 until February 25, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

There were two ways to apply during the opening period:
