Visit the HACNB to pick up an application, located at 837 S. Front Street, New Bern, NC 28562, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.2. Request an application be mailed to you by calling (252) 633-0800, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
