The Hendersonville Housing Authority (HHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The HHA offers two Public Housing communities with 375 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the HHA to pick up an application, located at 203 N Justice Street, Hendersonville, NC, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.Once the application has been completed, the HHA takes application interviews on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, between the hours of 8:30 am and 11:15 am. No appointment is necessary.Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of income, bank statements, and photo IDs for all adult household members.No preferences were noted.For more information the HHA can be reached by calling 828-692-6175, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.
