The Fairmont Housing Authority (FHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The FHA offers one Public Housing community with 50 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the FHA to submit an application in person, on Monday or Thursday between the hours of 9:00 am until 12:00 pm, and 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm. The FHA is located at 501 McDaniel Street, Fairmont, NC.Be sure to bring these documents with you when applying: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, marriage certificate if applicable, and photo IDs for all adult household member. All adult household members must be present when applying.No preferences were noted.For more information, the FHA can be reached by calling 910-628-7467, during normal office hours.
