The Elizabeth City Housing Authority (ECHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The ECHA offers three Public Housing communities with 335 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the ECHA in person on Tuesday or Thursday, between the hours of 9:00 am and 12:00 pm. The ECHA is located at 440 Hariot Dr, Elizabeth City, NC 27909.Be sure to bring these original documents when applying: birth certificates, social security cards, and photo IDs for all adult household members. All adult household members must be present when applying.No preferences were noted.For more information, the ECHA can be reached by calling (252) 335-5411, during normal office hours.
