The Choanoke Area Development Association of NC Inc. (CADA) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications for Bertie and Hertford County from July 8, 2024, until 400 applications have been received. This is the first time the waiting list has been open since it closed in July, 2023.
