The Andrews Housing Authority (AHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The AHA offers one Public Housing community with 50 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the AHA to pick up an application, located at 291 Whitaker Ln., Andrews, NC 28901, between the hours of 8:00 am and 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, photo IDs for all adult household members, and a police background check from your local police department.No preferences were noted.For more information, the AHA can be reached by calling (828) 321-5257, during normal office hours.
