The Niagara Falls Housing Authority is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.This housing authority offers four public housing communities, located throughout Niagara Falls. For a complete listing of the different communities, please follow this link.To apply for public housing, please follow this link, to download, print, and complete an application.Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to: 744 Tenth St., Niagara Falls, NY 14301.This housing authority does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list as: homeless, living in substandard conditions, displaced by government action, victim of a hate crime, victim of domestic violence, or displaced by a natural disaster.More information can be found by visiting the housing authority website at http://nfha.org/, or they can be reached with any questions you may have by calling 716-285-6961, during normal office hours.
