The Kingston Housing Authority is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for senior, disabled or single individuals.

This housing authority offers six public housing apartment communities, located throughout Kingston.

To apply for public housing, you can stop by the housing authority office to pick up an application, located at 132 Rondout Dr., Kingston, NY 12401, during normal office hours, Monday-Friday.

Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. No documents are needed at this time.

This housing authority does not have a preference, your application will be placed by date and time received.

The Kingston Housing Authority (KHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. It was last opened for almost two weeks in April 2015, and before that in 2010.They last opened Section 8 in 2010.

Applications were picked up, and then mailed or dropped off when completed at these two locations:

Preferences were given to applicants residing in Kingston, NY.

All applications received were sorted by preference and then placed on waiting list by date and time of submission.
