The Housing Authority of the Village of Fort Sumner (HAVFS) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The HAVFS offers one Public Housing community with 47 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

Visit the HAVFS to pick up a pre-application, located at 165 E Main Ave., Fort Sumner, NM 88119 during normal office hours.
Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (575) 355-2986 during normal office hours.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. No documents are needed at this time.No preferences were noted.For more information, the HAVFS can be reached by calling (575) 355-2986 during normal office hours.
