Closed: Branch Village Phase IV RAD Section 8 Project-Based Voucher

The Housing Authority of the City of Camden (HACC) Near Elderly RAD Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments at Branch Village Phase IV is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from April 8, 2021, until April 12, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the HACC public notice, "One person in the household must be at least 55 years of age or older" to apply.

There were two ways to apply during the opening period:

  1. Print the paper application.
  2. The paper application was published in the Courier-Post and the Al Diá News newspapers.

Once the application was completed, it was postmarked on or before April 16, 2021 and mailed to the Housing Authority of the City of Camden.

There were preferences, and they were listed on the application.

250 applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
