The Englewood Housing Authority (EHA) last accepted Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from July 14, 2023, until July 24, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Veteran
• Domestic Violence
• Homeless
• Local and Secondary Residence Preference: Local and residency preference is defined as a preference for admission of families that reside anywhere in a specified area, including families with a member who works or has been hired to work in area (City of Englewood). The PHA will offer a preference to any family that has been terminated from its HCV program due to insufficient program funding..
• Lease In Place

200 selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
