Open: Concord Housing & Redevelopment Section 8 Voucher

Concord Housing & Redevelopment (CHR) is currently accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications. This waiting list is open indefinitely.

Please note: The current wait time for a voucher is approximately five years.

There are two ways to apply:
1. Visit CHR to pick up an application, located at 23 Green St., Concord, NH 03301 during normal office hours.
2. Fill out the online application

Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. No documents are needed at this time.

CHR does have a preference for applicants the live and/or work in Concord.

Reasonable Accommodation

The Concord Housing Authority (CHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The CHA offers two Public Housing communities with 262 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.There are two ways to apply:1. Visit the CHA to pick up an application, located at 23 Green St., Concord, NH 03301, during normal office hours.2. Download the application here, then print and complete.Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
