The Ord Housing Authority (OHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The OHA offers 38 scattered homes for families, ranging in size from 2 to 4 bedrooms, and two communities dedicated to senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 2 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

  1. Visit the OHA office to pick up a pre-application, located at 2410 K St., Ord, NE 68862, during normal office hours.
  2. Download the pre-application here, then print and complete.
  3. Download the pre-application here, then follow these instructions to submit it online.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be hand delivered to the address listed above, mailed to P.O. Box 348, Ord, Nebraska 68862, or emailed to oha@ordhousing.net.Documents are not needed at this time.Preferences have not yet been identified.Important note: Applicants who have been placed on the waiting list must inform the housing authority immediately if your application information changes (such as contact information, income, and household members). In the case that the office sends a notice that does not get returned, or if application information is out of date, your name may be terminated from the waiting list.
