The Missoula Housing Authority (MHA) is accepting Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for MHA Homes from the earliest confirmed open date of October 30, 2023, until further notice.

Please note: According to the MHA "MHA Homes - 226 units ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms throughout Missoula. Owned and operated by MHA. Project-based Section 8. Applicants income must be at or below 50% of the Area Median Income. Tenants pay 30% of their income toward housing. Wait time 1 to 5 years."

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application.

There are preferences, and they are listed on the application.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
