The Columbia Housing Authority (CHA) is accepting Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for Stuart Parker, Bear Creek and Bryant Walkway Family Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of September 22, 2022, until further notice.
There are two ways to apply while the waitlist is open:
Once the application has been completed, it must be: Dropped off at the Admin CHA office, address and time mentioned above.

The Columbia Housing Authority (CHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. It was last open for five days in October, 2018; and before that for five days in June, 2015. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.
There were two ways to apply during the opening period:
