The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Park Rapids (HRAPR) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled households and two-person families.The HRAPR offers one Public Housing community with 68 units for senior/disabled households and families, ranging from studios to 1 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

  1. Visit the HRAPR to pick up a pre-application, located at 500 Riverside Avenue, Park Rapids, MN 56470 during normal office hours.
  2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (218) 732-4158 during normal office hours.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, proof of all income, photo IDs for all adult household members, and birth certificates.The HRAPR does have a preference for: Elderly, or disabled.For more information, the HRAPR can be reached by calling (218) 732-4158 during normal office hours.
